Medlock was named the Week 11 CIF Offensive Player of the Week. Jake was also named Wichita Force Player of the Week twice this season.

When Medlock was asked about his thoughts on the team’s and his own personal on-field performance he responded with, “I felt like I had a really good statistical year as far as numbers. I was very impressed with my wide receivers and when I got the ball in their hands that they made big time plays, especially when I had over 40 touchdown passes. That is them making big time plays. This offensive line was the best by far in the league. I barely ever got touch by opposing players.”

Jake also had a message for the fans, “To the fans: I want to thank the fans who traveled every week with us. Y’all are true diehard fans of the Force. Thank you for making me feel at home even though I was 20 hours from home. Sorry, we came up short this year, but we will be back that’s for sure.”
